Congrats to M. Davis for the Helmet sticker on ESPN during CFB Final. If only they weren't putting the sticker on the Bennett era navy helmet. White helmets all the way!

As far as I'm concerned, MWC hung SMU out to dry when then spun off from the WAC. They didn't have any concern for us when they broke up the 16 team WAC. They took the "good teams" at the time and left us with Hawaii and San Jose State. We were fortunate to find a new eastern facing home in CUSA ...

I like how the writer has the Mavs as second most relevent. When I was in school, they barely drew any interest...funny what a change in management and some wins will do for where you rank on the list of relevent Dallas sports.
