Is it just me or could we fill the stadium if everyone who tailgated actually showed up at the game?? There must be a few thousand people that tailgate who dont go to the game. That needs to be our first focus. I am not sure what the solution is but I remember last year (ashamedly) I was in charge ...

We arent in it for the money like everyone else, so why dont we just offer to join the Big 12 and take the least amount of revenue?
