That may not be a good idea. Tech fans are not well behaved or welcoming to strangers.

I will never go to a game and be yelled at, spit on, harrassed and have beverages poured on you. That is what happens in Lubbock.

I feel sorry for your players. Having to play in not only one, but two cities that literally smell like crap can't be good for their respiratory systems. Maybe that's the Rice and Tech strategy: make your town smell like a giant turd, get your team acclimated to it...and then "invite" out-of ...

SMU has a club baseball team (part of the NCBA). Rumors started about baseball coming back soon, but were basically shot down by the athletics department.
