When I worked for Stanford in the department that proposed and negotiated an indirect overhead rate on govt. sponsored research there were numerous regulations about cost of buildings be passed on to the govt. resulting that the complete cost is never recovered.

revenue does not mean net income. I worked at Stanford and they did not want to know what different schools cost but athletics was not considered a net revenue source

Your really right.University of San Diego had at one time 50% admission factor but the result was not any better than SMU 70% admission , what important is your yield on the higher qualified candidate.If your the backup school you get some but not many.

don't know for sure, but
1050 or so SAT (2 part, not counting the writing part) seems to have been a lower SAT bound... but a gpa ~ 3.5 required if SAT that 'low'...
min ACT typically 23 or 24 ...

Gostangs you are so wrong I worked at Stanford for many years and they get some slack compared to other students but in no way are the bottom of the bcs barrel

Were having a cold wave,58 right now in Palo Alto so the weather is slightly better here.Just winning does not guarantee a crowd 17000 season ticket sold last year but with Andrew Luck back who kwows.
