Could ESPN pull Pony Excess?
Just wondering Is there a chance ESPN moves Pony Excess from after the Heisman Show, because the likely winner is involved in a pay for play scandal. Would ESPN want the 30 for 30 about the only team to get the death penalty for paying players to air right after a Cam Newton wins the heisman and is ...

Re: Now How to Get Those TCU Game Fans Back
Its fall break though, so theres a good chance the student section will be a little on the small side this weekend.

Re: Thoughts From The Game
TCU played great. It was easily the best college football game I will attend as a student. Im a senior this year and am already planning on coming back in two years to watch a backfield of Padron and Line as seniors and Fields as a Junior run train on all you frogs. Give it two years and we'll be ...

Re: #4 in the country...
We played an incredible game and TCU just had more depth and more talent at the end of the game to pull it out. Easily the best college football game environment for my four years here, but at the end of the day TCU did not show they were close to being top 4 in the country. If TCU is top 4 then we ...

Re: Galloway asks whre are the SMU fans?
It's not just the students....watching the game on TV yesterday, the north endzone and most of the east side were EMPTY outside the student section. They'd fill in a nice couple of sections but we need to rely more on fans in the area than the student body to fill in a small portion of the stadium ...

Re: Galloway asks whre are the SMU fans?
I agree times are tough, but if you've been to campus lately you know times havent been nearly as tough at SMU as most other places. We've had about 4 new buildings built since i've been here, and countless renovations, which are all great, but im wondering if times are so tough why do people on ...

Re: Galloway asks whre are the SMU fans?
winning may be the key, but as has been said on this board before attendance wasn't huge even when we were winning in the 80's. Ive only been a fan since I got here in 2007 I knew nothing about the program other than it got the death penalty before, and yes it is tough to rally around a team that ...

Re: Galloway asks whre are the SMU fans?
All im trying to tell you guys is what the vast majority of the student body feel and a realistic albeit not the best way morally to improve the turnout, I mean we only averaged a little over 2000 students a game last year, clearly that number needs to go up in a big way. I stayed for the whole game ...

Re: Galloway asks whre are the SMU fans?
The problem is for most students(I'm a senior here) is the boulevard is just like a party on any other day and we have to make the game an event worth stopping partying for. The easiest way to do that would be to set up a club similar to what they have with the champions club where you could charge ...
