Next Seasons Offense
Does anyone think it is possible that we adopt the pistol formation into our offense next year. this would allow for a more down hill run game and open the door to a believable play action. The potential for the play action excites me with the production of Zline. Just think play action with line in ...

Re: What do need to fill this recruiting class?
I know many want a QB and that search should never end, but I feel an improvement in the Oline athletic ability will allow for a more productive offense. I do not blame all the sacks this season on the oline, but I am curious what this line will look like next year with respects to size and ...

Re: Ole' Miss Coaching Candidates
Since the NCAA leveled the playing field regarding recruiting with no more jets, limo's and five star menu's some places are not that attractive. Driving to your visit in the white panel van in the middle of nowhere takes the shine off of some of the programs dazzle. Lincoln, South Bend, Oxford, etc ...

Re: "Blueprint" for stopping RNS/JJMcD
Holy crap. The offense has become predictable. Every team we face for the rest of the season will look at tape of the last two weeks and say gotcha. The QB better get better this week in practice and not wait for the game. We need to begin a hurry up which means stop the running to the sidelines ...
Re: New QB
Todays issues are a repeat of last week. Saw a lot of good things, BUT,Coaches on both sides of the ball with the wrong players in place; out of position; or schemes. The most glaring, the QB needed to be pulled. Just like it happened at A&M, quick and surgical!
Re: O Line
The team strength became its weakest link last night. They looked slow and less experienced than they are. Did better at A&M.
JJ telegraphed worse than Padron. Surprised he did not have 5+ picks, TERRIBLE, and may have added to the O-line disaster.
The most painful observation; Our coaches were ...

Re: smu ranked over ut
In the 80's we were the UT measuring stick. Each week wrecking havoc with their ego's. Now, it seems we may be causing some more indigestion again. HOW SWEET IT IS!

Re: Try to complain after this one...
two huge coaching errors: 1.) you do not run prevent defense for an entire quarter especially when proven early it does not work. 2.) do not run your star running back till he has no legs left. Platoon some help. A 4.4 forty guy in the first quarter is a 5.5 forty guy in the fourth quarter. Fresh ...

Conference Invitations
All the speculation of SMU drifting around the edges really irks me. The NCAA needs to grow a pair somehow. The first thing they need to do with SMU is have a AQ conference extend an invite. Frankly they owe it to SMU. Ever since the DP I have traveled around the country and hear from all types of ...

Its only a suggestion of a package to be included within the run and shoot offense.

Re: HIghland Park Recruits
Correction; 2002 had 9 that went to the next level not 8. Warren; Webb; Williams; Karrington; Rowsey; Smith; Eidson; Sepulveda; Ryan.
