Re: ESPN's Top 40 Recruiting Classes 2026

I'd be fine with Tech, I guess, and definitely the Arizona schools ... but no thanks to tcu and baylor. They spent years trying to keep us out of the Not-so-Big 12, and the envy now coming out of fort worth, waco (and Norman and Stillwater) is delightful.

Re: VIDEO: Getting defensive with Cam Robertson, Jeffrey M'b

Cam doesn't look like Roberts, but he's up 20+ since he arrived.

Who is "Shaq" that was mentioned here? I don't see anyone on the roster.

Can't wait to see Warner. Sounds like we got a keeper there.

It sucked that Brinson got hurt, but it could end up being a serious blessing in disguise. That group is going to be youunnnnnnggggggg.

If Barker plays as well as he interviews, we might have a good one on our hands

Re: Lashlee a Finalist for ΓÇ£BearΓÇ¥ Bryant Coach of the Year A

The award will probably go to the guy at Arizona State or the guy at Indiana, but we all need to step back and appreciate what an incredible job Lashlee has done for us.

All I want for Christmas is for Scott Symons to remain at SMU.

That should totally be part of the song

Re: Life in NFL still a Beach for Kelvin Beachum

Couldn't agree more.

Love that he "has no desire to retire anytime soon" and considering the impact he has on his young teammates, I wonder if he won't have a job, albeit in a reserve role, for several years to come.

Re: VIDEO: Scott Symons, Casey Woods sound off

Not surprising to hear Woods say that Preston Stone has handled this professionally, etc. The guy could run for office. He always says the right things.
It will be interesting to see his focus/juice/whatever if and when he is called upon.

Wait ... you mean wins are harder to come by when moving to a better conference?
Weird.

Re: LSU Series

So how many will make the drive to Fort Worth? The last time we played in Dickie's (granted, it was the AAC and in awful weather), the turnout was embarrassing. We can talk about scheduling big opponents in various venues, but then we have to show up.

Agreed. WRs and RBs are flashy, but their effect is minimal without the big guys up front.
