He's doing well, I will pass along the wishes.
I am not here to stir a fire or anything like that, I just know it is incredibly difficult to run the table for a season, no matter who is on your schedule. Give OU even more credit, considering who they play. I dont see why the ranking for TCU ...

Re: Lucky TCU
I havent been here in awhile but this thread sparked my interest. As for Louisville, they beat Kentucky who took that "oh so great" arkansas team to seven OT's, now I know that doesnt mean TCU would beat Arkansas, or Kentucky, but it does mean that we could play with them. You also praise Georgia so ...

Re: BARTEL IS GONE
No one quit the team. Any removal from the team was soley Bennett's idea. From what I understand they were out at the intramural fields and the ref made a call that Richard didnt agree with so he told him that and the ref popped off with something he shouldnt have said. Richard later sought an ...

Re: BARTEL IS GONE
I'm sure the reason you havent heard anything from Bennett is because he is trying to get his public statement to make it seem like a good coaching move to kick off the only QB's on the team with any experience. He was so quick to make the move, I would have thought he would have made it public ...

Re: TCU bites...I'm so sick of
Hey Echo, I think you mean "woe is TCU." Just thought I'd help you out with that one. They do teach us some things here at TCU. I hate to tell you but UAB would have beaten you guys almost as bad as Boise did, and there's no way that SMU would walk into South Florida and beat that team. Get over it ...

"You people are clueless. "
You should include yourself in that statement Florida, cause you dont have a damn clue about whats going on. I can promise you that nothing about this situation is humorous to Richard. Nor is your insinuation that he doesnt take his role seriously anywhere close to ...

Re: Stallion is the only.........
PP,
Just to clarify, Bartel's former coach who is now at Weatherford left after Richard's junior year, so he wasnt even around to know who he got offered from. As it is, I am pretty sure he got offered from La Tech, and maybe Purdue, I know they were after him, but I don't recall if they offered ...

Re: Gimme a Break
Re-reading that statement, I can easily see your argument, and like I said, I wrote that post while influenced by other circumstances. I also can apologize for my wording in my post. I do tend to let things go freely sometimes. As for who was blaming the QB, I have seen several post-game posts about ...

Re: Gimme a Break
Wow, here we go again, I am "ripping" other players to make Richard look good. no, I pointed out the two most significant reasons we lost the game. I also mentioned that the punt got blocked, is that bad to say too? orrect me if I am wrong, but a back as seasoned as KK should not fumble that ball ...

Gimme a Break
You people are still on here saying that the offense was horrible, etc... The only things that were horrible in that game were the blocked punt and THE FUMBLE on the 1 yard line. If you take away even one of those, SMU wins, and if you take both away, you are looking ata 26-14 win. Now I dont know ...

Re: Freshman QB starting at Florida...
I can agree with that, for the most part. I think even with sub-par O Line play you can judge the other players, just on a limited basis. When a receiver is open and drops the ball that falls on him, AND when he is open and Richard or Tate doesnt get it to him, that falls on them. And trust me I ...

Re: In Defense of OSU and SMU
Now Hoop Fan, I'm sure you think I am just trying to argue with you but thats not the case. However, I dont fault Miles at all for what he did. I think any coach would have done the same for a player like Woods. His first five touchdowns happened through the flow of the game. SMU loaded the box ...
