Re: If you were Lashlee
I think there's a good chance McFall's RS gets burned this year...especially if we are competitive in ACC play and actually have a shot of getting into the title game. We'll find out these next 2 weeks. If guys keep getting hurt, I wonder if they will experiment with Luster as a RB?

Re: Sonny
I'd love to see Sonny get run out of TCU.
Partly because it would be poetic justice, but also because when he ends up as a coordinator at Northern Michigan State Tech U or someplace, Frog fans can enjoy a hard lesson in the concept that it's only a good idea to dump a coach if the replacement is ...

Re: 2026 Commit
Awesome news. We need corners -- Crossley and Rogers are due to graduate, and Harmon is a redshirt junior and theoretically could move on ... not to mention that anyone can transfer at any time.

Re: More the Sonny Dykes ejection
I'm neither an athlete (never was) nor a parent of an athlete. But for many, as long as the NIL deal comes through, some moronic behavior is tolerated, I expect. You just don't hear as many comments as you used to about "I just wanted to play for a coach like that." To some, it was always like that ...

It's just hard to imagine Ohio State, Michigan, Georgia or Alabama saying "sure, cut our money so we can split the pot more ways."

Re: College athletes are employees
What's to appeal? It was ruled this year that schools can pay athletes directly. That effectively makes them employees.
For the lawyers out there: if athletes are employees, are scholarships taxable? Or just NIL deals?

Re: Question about SMU at Duke
Thanks for the info. I think the Duke stadium is pretty small and I'm not sure where you are sitting matters that much. So all things considered I'll probably go through SMU to help the program. I'm assuming they will make some kind of announcement when road game tix become available for sale ...

A year ago, Texas A&M led the nation in athletic fundraising at $115 million.
I wasn't a math major, but this beats that by $44 million.
Wow.
