Let's not even talk about anything related to TCU football, and or the stadium.
The women's soccer program is still going to be D1, just the mens downgraded. The main problem is that the players and coach did not get a long, and the majority of the players quit.

The only incentive for Baylor to leave is if they actually want to make a committment to their football program. The only way they win is if the other team does not show up or is having an extremely down season.

I will be the first to admit from the TCU side, our attendance sucks.
That's not to say that were disappointed with 30,000 seats filled at football games, but this is definately something TCU and SMU face.

SMU will be fine attendance wise, as you are building the foundation for great football in the next few years.
As far as Tyson Thompson goes, what does that say if he gets rejected by TCU... not a lot, but if it were by a lower performing school, it could be devastating.

Baylor needs to realize they need to move aside. They will never become competitive all around in the Big-12.
Colorado has already reported interest in moving to the new PAC 12, and Missouri has said they want to leave the Big 12 too.
I would not be surprised to see the old Big 8 regroup ...
