My thoughts

Just got home so thought I would post how I felt about last night.

First off I want to start off by giving my thumbs up to the students and the fans. While TCU out manned us, we were louder than them all night long. That was the most fun game I've ever been to no question. The students were into the game the whole time and not one of them left. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Second, I have to credit the win to the defense. You gave up 3 points all night long. You did the things to hold the TCU Offense from scoring even on the short field in the first half. You got the fumbles. You got the interceptions. You made the tackle. You guys were absolutely awesome last night.

For the offense. While there is obviously spots that places need to be worked on still, you guys did the things that you had to do to win the game for us.

This was absolutely the biggest win that has ever gone down at SMU since I've been alive. This is the first time since 1986 that we've beaten a ranked opponents. That was two years before I was even born. It just feels so good to see you guys do this.

While there was obvious things we have to work on before we head down to College Station, you guys surprised the world. Nobody, including myself, was giving you any shot of winning this game. I was just hoping we wouldnt get blown out but you guys won the dang thing.
