Lobo Win, Now need a Stang win

Wow. What a night it was for Longview. Lobo fans, it was much worse than the score looks to..For the first time since 1999. And only the third time in the past 20 years, not to mention the most ever points scored at the new Lobo Stadium (that was built in 1977). The Lobos rolled over Evangel 52-14. For the third straight game, the Lobo 1st string defense wasnt scored on. ECA returned two kick offs in the first quarter.

Longview: 21 West Monroe: 0 (Final 21-0)
Longview: 31 Lake Highlands: 0 (Final 38-14)
Longview: 38 Evangel: 0 (Final 52-14)

The Lobos didnt even play their best game of the season, thats the sad thing. Longview was up 31-14 at the half and at the end of the 3rd. But the 2nd string came off scored two touchdowns. Then the defense pulled off an interception for a touchdown.

Longview headed towards Mesquite at 4-0 for the fourth straight year. 6 straight wins at Lobo Stadium. 18 straight non district regular season wins. 14 straight regular season wins. 9 straight over Louisiana teams. The Lobos are on a roll. The bad thing about tonight..

The two people behind me were Texas A&M fans. But dont worry they found out I was an SMU fan from me starting my Lobo chant between myself and two other people with me LOL.
