Thoughts from a Horned Frog

Win or lose today, I am very impressed. It is very obvious to me who the team to beat in CUSA is and it ain't the team from Juarez. I've watched a ton of CUSA games so far and SMU has something that the rest of CUSA West lacks....HEART.

Congrats. I believe the corner has been turned and I'll be surprised to see anyone besides y'all lining up against UAB in the championship game this year.

Thanks for the comments.

Right now I think for us, we need to take one game at a time. Finish this day up solid. This game isnt over. Its only a 16 points lead. Two touchdowns, two 2 pointers. Very reachable if we play to the extent that we can. Stop making the mistakes and we can do this.

Im not going to go as far to say we're in the CUSA Championship game. We just need to play the way we did againist TCU every game. Win the games we're supposed to and we can definately build on this.

Things in practice that need big time work on:
1) SPECIAL TEAMS
2) Tackling
3) SPECIAL TEAMS
