Former SMU defensive lineman/special teams maniac Aaron "Spike" Davis said Tuesday that he has been invited to a three-day tryout with the Washington Redskins.

Good for him! There are so many Mustangs with the Redskins that I'm dangerously close to rooting for them

Lifetime Cowboys fan / deadskins hater here.

But I admit I cheered for Aldrick Robinson when he caught that bomb TD against them last year.

LAst year Banjo made it as a free agent after sitting out a year. The odds of that were off the charts.
Imagine the odds of two players from the same school doing it in consecutive years.

The Redskins special teams were atrocious last year; probably explains why he's getting a tryout

Rooting for Spike. As average as the cowboys are, the redskins actually are actually a notch below the 'boys.
