A&M Pokes UT Once Again

Postby mathman » Tue Jun 24, 2014 8:02 am

This certainly can't help the TV ratings for the UT/TCU game.

It will be very interesting to see the ratings that night.

And there will be an NFL game on at the same time, right?

Depends on the records. If UT starts hot and beats OU then the nation will be wanting to see the Horns. A 4 or 5 loss ag team only appeals to the ags, especially without Manziel. Even with the great recruiting this is what people expected to see in the SEC with the ags...just a couple of years off.

The only perfect part to the storm would be if the Cowboys played on Thanksgiving night and if they played the Saints or the Texans. That would make the suits jump from ledges. Back in the day, didn't we used to play the Frogs on Thanksgiving Day?
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

A&M hit a goldmine moving to the SEC. They are killing Texas in recruiting and are rapidly becoming the state's flagship program with their stadium renovation taking Kyle Field to 102,000. I think they are going to be national contenders in 2015 & 2016

Wow, the UT game is on Fox Sports 1. Might as well be ESPNU or ESPN News.

Honestly I bet most casual sports fans could find ESPNU or ESPN News before FS1

I think the ags are going to be just fine this year. It will be a long time before UT wants to play them because they are just flat out scared of them.
