QBs at least 2 yrs other than McDermott. WRs a few yrs for sure

May be only 15-20 basic plays, but there are multiple reads/variation off those plays that the QB and receiver have to see and read the same thing at the same time based on what the the "D" is doing. I think that is the learning curve, hence the walk of shame for the new guy at times so JJ can point some things out.

I compare it to someone saying a guy is mostly a fastball pitcher ... but he throws a 4 seam, 2 seam, cutter, splitter, 3 qtrs and sidearm. Same pitch with multiple variations and results.
