Seeing there have been no real upsets in CFB so far (S. Carolina was severely overrated), how cool would it be for the marquee upset to be in Waco? It is the unlikeliest of scenarios, but...

It would be pretty much the coolest thing ever. We would be the talk of college football...when's the last time that happened? When we first hired June back in 2008?

South Carolina was a double digit favorite and many we're questioning if A&M could win 6 games. Like it or not that was an upset.

Also, Temple thumping Vandy was an upset. North Dakota crushing Iowa State was an upset. UTSA beating down Houston was an upset.

I think Baylor would see it as a sign they sinned in front of god, burn down the stadium, and go the BYU route of refusing to play on Sunday. Probably ban doing the wave in the stadium as it is to close to dancing.

June Jones statue next to the Doak Walker statue. Record breaking athletic donations in the following week, more than in the last 7 years combined. NCAA investigates and decides to give us the death penalty 2.0 because even with lack of evidence this plus basketball's rise must mean something fishy is going on.

This would be the marquee upset of the week, and for that matter, possibly the entire season. A top ten team opening their new stadium with a loss to SMU? It would be huge
