SMU OL Coach

He should at least bare a portion of the blame for the poor performance.

Why is he the Oline coach? Last year I thought the Oline play regressed. The same appears to be happening this year. Doesn't June have any exNFL line coach buddies he can give a job to?

He did have one- think his name was Adrian Klemm. We saw what happened there.

we have a running back coach handling our o- line. That is not good for recruiting either. The guys we want are interested in the next level - and this position coach is not going to help them get there.

At least for not trying more combinations when players were getting beat soundly 1v1.

I am certainly not defending any coach currently at SMU but the talent, or lack thereof, is awful so not sure any coach could make that band of "athletes" any better.

I hate to say anything nice about Baylor, because I freakin' hate Baylor, but some of the credit has to go to their defensive line. Our OL laid an egg, but Briggs looked better than that last year, Lasecki looked better than that last year. Both guards were basically new. Myers played guard and tackle. I won't claim to know enough to talk about how hard it is to switch back and forth.

by just all falling down at the snap they would have provided more QB protection against Baylor.
