This was worse than the Baylor loss

At least Baylor was much more talented. We should have out recruited UNT especially since this is their coaches 4th season and June's 7th.

SMU is not tough enough. We need to scrap the spread offence and find a coach who isn't afraid
to run the ball, especially on third and one.
And we need to recruit some players who hate losing.

I saw NO evidence today that we "out-recruited" North Texas. Looks to me like they have "OUT-RECRUITED" us! I would much rather play for their coach who was enthusiastic and encouraging everytime the camera panned over to him. June looked like he was in a stupor everytime the camera panned over to him.

this SMU is soft, not very athletic and plays with the same emotion JJ shows. But let's not forget that JJ will have us believe we are bigger, stronger, fast and more athletic than we have been in his years here! What a crock of you know what.

This has to be the lowest point in the program since the return from the DP.

It is not the offense it may be that that don't hit in practice like the announcers said. And remember this is the run and shoot not the spread. We probably need to scrap the run and shoot then go to a spread that just about every high school in Texas runs,.

North Texas was not very good. We were horrific. Execution on offense was very poor, only slightly better than the Baylor game. The only improvement I saw was in the offensive line play. They went from an "F" to a "D-". Average players with little motivation plus poor execution equals disaster.

No wonder the players love him, based on the two games this year he obviously doesn't push them very hard

I agree that UNT did not look like a very good team to me. It's only going to get worse because A$M is a good team. They will score at will against us and the only way we will score is if their 3rd team D get's sloppy

I just hope its not like the last time we played ND, but I'm afraid that the talent disparity will be similar.
