Worst loss in post-death penalty era?

Postby Peruna Pete » Sat Sep 06, 2014 3:28 pm

Is today's loss to UNT the worst loss since the death penalty? SMU looked unprepared, undisciplined, and unmotivated. I would think these areas are highly influenced by coaching.

And, was today's result of concern to our friends in Waco? Perhaps Baylor's defense isn't all that tremendous after all. Heck, North Texas should have shut us out too.

This team looks worse than any other team I've seen since 1989. At least the 1989 team had an excuse.

I don't know if this is the worst loss, post DP. However, we could have hired a high school PE teacher and had the same results as opposed to a $2m head coach. For $2m, we shouldn't be having this discussion.
