As I said in another thread, keep him through the end of the season so he has to go through the embarrassment himself. Firing him now is simply bailing him out for his own garbage.

agree. Let him feel through his own recruiting. It's his and he has to live with it. He has been stealing money from us.

We need to end this now imo. No need to let things fester. We waited too long the last time we should have fired him.

I'll be disappointed but not angry if the decision to remove June isn't before A&M. That said, there has to be such a pall over things right BEFORE THE FIRST HOME GAME. If you want people to come out and at least be interested for the future you make the move now.

I also think June has lost this team. The energy and passion to play is zip. If you remove June, the players may actually get a little inspired and feel like they can rally around something. It may not result in wins but the cancer has been removed.

From what I understand, the $ to June's buyout doesn't change between now and the end of the season. If that's the case, then it's a matter of how Rick Hart wants to treat this. If memory serves, Pat Haden was on the phone with influential people at USC as the Arizona State was going down. One would think Rick Hart is working in similar fashion.

I know you and I may not agree on everything but I totally agree with you on this one.

Unfortunately, I doubt that is happening. I seriously question if casper has the cajones to URGE RGT and the CofC to move now. He will just let things fester and get worse until the season is finished.
