Nothing to do with us but just heard a stat that Kansas State current roster has 58 players that are or were walk ons. Seems amazing to me.

There is still a place in big time football for a guy a step slower or a little under-sized to succeed if he has the heart, desire and great coaching. And those kinds of teams have great chemistry with a team-first attitude and are fun to coach and fun for fans to support.

It's almost like you can occasionally find something of value in a large quantity of that which is less valuable. If you think about it, it is somewhat like being able to find a diamond in the rough. Why don't we look for more of these so called diamonds in the rough??
