Once. For 10 yards. Proof that it is, in fact, in the playbook. But for some reason we aren't using it.

While everyone harps on the lack of adjustment on the offensive side of the ball, that 10 yard gap between the MLB and the safety has killed us for the last 5 years and has never been fixed on defense. I forgot about that until the last two drives. wide open for a 10-15 yard gain every time.
