Re: HCCM hires Joe Craddock as OCIf the age bothers you, just consider the average age to be about 45 for coordinators over the past 2 years.

EASY WITH THAT "We're not a hurry-up no-huddle offense, we're a hurry-up no-huddle football team and program. It's gonna start with our secretaries, its gonna resonate with maintenance department, everyone, they're gonna understand what 'tempo' is all about."
Re: HCCM hires Joe Craddock as OC
Agreed. Like others said. Joe is an elevated QB coach, which reports say even Clemson offered him in an attempt to keep it. I think we get him performing the same role he would have performed at Clemson just with a different title. I like the move. “Football combines two of the worst things in American life. It is violence punctuated by committee meetings.†― George F. Will
Re: HCCM hires Joe Craddock as OCyeah i actually like young OCs if they are good at what they do - Lincoln Riley is only 32 or so, Spavital, Kliff K before that.
it can work - and I agree morris is the real OC
Re: HCCM hires Joe Craddock as OCthis is all about bringing n a young guy who can both help hustle on the recruiting trail and a guy who knows what Chad wants to see with his offense. Undoubtedly a huge pay increase for Craddock (that still probably helps with the overall budget) but let's not kid ourselves...Morris is going to be heavily involved in the offense.
Re: HCCM hires Joe Craddock as OCWe did ask for young, energetic and aggressive coaches.
