The DMN is not an SMU-sponsored newsletter, and therefore is not expected to cover the only Div I-A school in Dallas only when it wins. The DMN claims to be a newspaper, and therefore should be covering SMU, win or lose. If it runs negative or positive stories, that is the decision of the editors, and that's for another discussion. But to suggest that winning dictates whether it's news or not is inane. That's like saying reporters only should show up at the White House if the president ends all military conflicts around the world or solves world hunger. If all he does is show up and work and do his job -- well or not so well -- then he's not news?

You've defender some of your myriad negative posts in the past by saying you are a fan, and you therefore have the right to be angry. How the hell do you spin this? This is the most classless thing you've ever written here. Like Stallion, you often make some good points, and some of the attacks on your (and his) posts (including, to be fair, criticisms I've made) are unfounded, but this post is shameful.
