TCU is getting perilously close to that optional top 15 BCS and that allegedly mandatory top 12 BCS slot. With all of the upsets this past weekend at the top TCU has to move up one or two spots. UCLA still has USC ahead of it. Notre Dame still has a couple of games left. Florida State still has the ACC championship game ahead of it. Auburn and Alabama still haven't played. The SEC championship game could drop someone a few slots. If W Va. loses to Pitt watch for TCU to take their place in a BCS bowl.
Hmmm.... Let's think about that. TCU is currently 17th in the BCS. No. 9 Georgia, No. 12 Texas Tech, No. 13 Florida and No. 16 Wisconsin all lost. On top of that. No. 18 Colorado and No. 19 Fl. State lost so nobody is going to leapfrog TCU. They might be 14th in the BCS this afternoon, more likely 15th.
That is one possibility. Another is that since TCU is done for the year, they might lose ground to the teams below them that still have quality teams to play and with chances to get quality wins. Not really sure which will happen.
