Herman just got done coaching under Urban, I think it's pretty clear Urban is pretty good motivator. I'm sure Tom is going to implement a few more in the future.

I do wish we had him back, OSU's offense is miserable this year without him. Dude can coach and he's borderline genius. Like seriously a genius, IQ-wise. Photographic memory, pretty interesting stuff. Great guy to talk with. Don't know much about Morris, but I think SMU and Houston both hit home run hires.

I agree. Morris is a great offensive coach too. Clemson kicked our [deleted] a few years back.
