All the attitude and fire in the belly and coming out wild-eyed in the world will not make up for overall slow team speed. We have too few players with real speed and football knowledge to be competitive for 4 quarters at this time. Lack of depth kills us late and lack of speed kills us at all times. IT takes time to rebuild. Its hard to accept but this is a real fixer-upper.

I will continue to be patient. HCCM inherited a dumpster fire. I've seen enough change with the current talent to know that we're trending in the right direction. The rest takes time.
