Thats a huge pick up. I think Herman isn't going anywhere for at least another 2 years. He has that team stacked and out recruiting every Texas school in Houston and his family loves it there also. UH also jacked up his salary and they'll do just about anything he wants in order to keep him there.

Isn't Allen more of a pocket passer? That's not quite the same type of QB that Herman has won with at UH and OSU before that. Good pick up, question if he fits the system.
