Word over on the Recruiting section suggests he isn't coming back, or at least may not come back. Anyone able to confirm or deny? Details?

Have heard from a pretty good, inside source, like that Big Blue Note, He's Gone.

I've heard that, too, but assumed it was just idle gossip. Don't know why .... or if it's actually true.

IF it's true .... that leaves the following tackles:
Darrin Johnson
David Allison
Ross Nigh
Sean Lobo? Or is he a guard only?
Chris Urbanus -- played guard this year, but started at RT before
Tommy Poynter
Ben Poynter, if needed?

Unless I'm forgetting someone, Johnson and Urbanus are the only guys above their sophomore year (in 2006).

Please sign another OT or two -- one HS, one JUCO.

I second that notion

I bet we will be fine. That is one thing that PB does do well at. Recruiting.

Is Bryan Turner officially done, or does he plan to try to come back from (what was it, an appendectomy)?

so Snob, how bout you prove you were there. Tell us what the halftime entertainment was or something only someone at the game would know. This might go a long way in removing doubt that you are actually an SMU fan.

I did not see any of the halftime entertainment as I was at the Mustang Club reception talking with others who care about the state of SMU athletics.

Sorry, I have slept since then to remember a meaningless shot against possibly the worst team to ever visit Moody. Where you at the game by any chance?
