P.S. Don't get me wrong I think SMU could beat BU if we played today.

Geez, one place different? Why worry about it? 8)

To be honest, I've never liked Baylor much. But I'll be a big BU fan when your guys line up against TCU!

Agreed. Admittedly, TCU is fast -- really fast -- and better than I'd like to admit. However, out of the other 24 teams on that list, if they played on a neutral field, I'd bet on the Frogs against:
UCLA, Wisconsin (maybe), Texas Tech (definitely) and Cal. Oklahoma would beat them in a re-match.

We would pound the frogs this year. We pounded them last year, and we will pound them next year in Ft.Worth with a partisan Tech crowd. Just a comment.

Their win over ISU was a good one though, although ISU is not exactly a powerhouse in the XII.
Southern, Texan, American - in that order.

I honestly think this TCU team could be the most overated team in the history of college football. I mean they are better than Baylor and all but top 10? Come on they barely beat ISU.

At this point in SMU football history no team that we beat should be in the top 10.

On the other hand, SMU is ranked lower than 4 of the teams it beat. TCU, UTEP, UAB, and Houston.

Go figure

I dunno, but it's a weird statistic nonetheless.

I agree that TCU has to be the most overrated team in NCAA history, And I'm glad to see that VA Tech is ranked 3rd in that pole.
