Give Josh credit. He's had a nice NFL career and has made a lot of money serving primarily as a backup QB but has done pretty well at times when called on to start. Having a really good team around you can help make a QB look a lot better so he would probably relish an opportunity to sit/play for the Cowboys

Go get Case K. I still think in the right situation (the Rams were not), he can be a starter. But, he is a top notch #2. Very smart, team player all the way, coachable , liked and respected by all. Yes, I am bias too.
