Bad for which team, and how? He doesn't have any more years of eligibility left at SMU, even if he gets signed as a free agent and makes a practice squad somewhere, thats one more SMU alum in the NFL.

OK yeah, I'm not going nuts... still not sure why he had to declare for the draft... I guess it is just a formality. Good luck to D.D. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the size Big Bill looks for in an LB.
