In Hicks' defense, our WRs were getting no separation and our OL can't give him enough time to throw deep to keep the defense honest. Chad had Hicks making more quick throws and ran more gadget plays in an attempt to keep TCU's defense off balance. Weather didn't help the passing game for either team.
