John Elway, for all his accolades, didn't win one until Terrell Davis gave Denver a running game. Did Marino ever have a running game to complement his passing? If Sammie Smith is the best you get to work with in your career, you might have to be a magician to win.
He wasn't terrible, but he was no Terrell Davis. If Davis had played with Marino in Miami, could the 'Phins have won a couple of Super Bowls with Marino at QB? I'd think that's extremely likely.

And now Mack Brown has come out and said he "talked with an official from the Combine" who said there was an error in the Wonderlic scoring system. Does this mean everyone's score was off? If so, that Aggie who put up the 47 is going to solve world hunger before the weekend.
