I still remember the 2010 TCU game being basically 90+% full. I think if we got rolling under Dykes for 3 years straight ( ) then I can see us filling Ford. The only reason we would ever expand the stadium is if we got pulled into a P5 (Big 12) conference. I think that was the only reason TCU opened their stadium up was so UT fans can fill it.

And this is exactly why so many people view SMU & TCU as "sister schools", i.e., our students and alums being so much alike. I liked the response from one "fan" about their being "entitled" to a better product/showing/result on the field. TCU is very fortunate to be where they are in the Big XII but their fans are as spoiled and entitled as a lot of those associated with SMU.

Patterson has been there almost two decades, won 72% of his games and got them into a power conference and there are still some "fans" over there who think they're entitled to more just to show up and support their team six Saturdays a year
