Article says Cash Birdwell has him on a rehab schedule. When does Cash retire? Has he changed his mind?

I believe Cash retires at the end of this school year.

Thanks, with the hoopla at the last home game I guess I just assumed he retired after the FB season.

Right. Cash's retirement is effective at the end of the year.

i am glad to hear that he is doing better and i really hope that he is ready by next season. I also hope that they plan on using him more effectively than they used the tight ends last year.

Absolutely -- he's too talented to not use him more often.

Won't happen in this offense, but I'd like to see a MINIMUM of 5 passes thrown his way each week.

I dont think that he had five balls thrown his way all of last year. I would love to see the ball in Kennedy's hands five times a game. I hope we can all learn from last years Tulsa game, how important that position is.

We need #89 ready to roll for the opener in Lubbock, and we need to use him appropriately.
Keep up the hard work, Ryan!
