I would take 10-2 as well at this point. Home schedule is a bit more challenging, and away is manageable. If the OP has it right, we can't "Cowboy it" and have another December fade.

We should come out of the pre-season with at least 3 wins. And 5 conference wins is not unreasonable. Should be good enough for a good bowl game.
