And still it's all DOOM & GLOOM...."we're heartless", "we're mentally and physically weak", "concerning for the future of this program", "garbage offense", "zero pride".
We did lead Tulsa 3 out of 4 quarters, we lost by less than a touchdown on the road, to one of the best teams in our conference.
Rushing yards were close, time of possession was close, receiving yards were close considering one team was playing catch-up, first downs were close, even turn-overs were close.
Yes we need to fix some things, but good grief we didn't get blown out...we led a good team for 3 quarters on the road.
I feel we are going to bounce back and beat Houston at home. Sonny is going to get them focused. 8-2 would be great this time next week.
My numerical prediction will come later this week.
Beat The Coogs!
You deserve credit for your predictions of late. The coaches set expectations high for this season, the team has not lived up to them, even in the games we have been Victorious we have looked very erratic, flat, unprepared etc... as the head coach has said after every game. Leading Tulsa 24 to 3 in the 3rd quarter last night and getting shut out in the 2nd half, of a game that we had to win to play in the championship, is a head scratcher. This squad started off 8 - 0 last season, then finished 2-3, including getting prison raped by frikin FAU in our bowl game. Coaches and players said that would not happen this season.....I'm not feeling confident in their bold words.

True story.

Getting back on topic, let your predictions roll! Final home game, senior day, rival coogs....can Sonny get these guys to play their 1st 60 minute game of the season? I would think we will see the Triple D uniforms.

I remain optimistic.
Coogs have had a bunch of games canceled due to pandemic. What would baylor do?

I don't think Houston is as good as Tulsa or Cincy. And we gave both teams a run for their money. Beuchele can't look this bad two weeks in a row. I think we'll win another squeaker, 48-41. Now if its raining, snowing or 40 MPH winds, then this prediction could change.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

Weather shouldn't be a problem, 68 at kickoff, 74 by games end.
