SMU offensive coordinator Casey Woods said QB Preston is "in (concussion) protocol" so the Mustangs practiced Wednesday as if Kevin Jennings will start. Woods said "it's uncertain at this point, for sure" who will start but that "you have to practice that." He said head coach Rhett Lashlee will clarify when he meets the media.

Smart to have Jennings well prepared. It is great to have confidence in the #2 QB. With today's game you really are blessed to have 2 or 3 at each position. People get hurt.
