Wilson Tabbed ACC Linebacker Of The Week
Story LinksCHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC/SMU) – SMU graduate student Kobe Wilson has earned ACC Linebacker of the Week accolades, the league office announced on Monday.
Wilson's honor marks the sixth time a Mustang has picked up an ACC weekly honor this season. This is also the second time he has won ACC Linebacker of the Week recognition, previously winning it following the victory over Florida State.
During SMU's victory against Boston College on Saturday, Wilson racked up a career-high 16 tackles. With 1:19 remaining in the game, the Snellville, Georgia, native recorded a sack of the Eagles' quarterback to force BC into a fourth down.

SMU is set to face off with Virginia on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. on ESPN2 in Charlottesville.
