It looks like a lot of the Nike 2025 Sideline Gear is available on Fanatics for most Power 4 and some G5/6 schools. I assumed once we were in a Power 4 conference, our selection of official Nike gear would be on par with schools like TCU, Baylor, Houston, BYU, UCF, Syracuse, Pitt, etc. Below is a link to some of the newly released Nike products for 2025. SMU only has the 2025 Sideline T-Shirt, no hat, nothing else.

My question is why is SMU not getting the same treatment as other Power 4 schools? Does this have to do with our licensing protocols? Is it because of a bad deal with Fanatics or Nike? Can we get this fixed to where we have the same offerings as other Nike schools?
When Damon Evans talks about growing the brand, I think we need to at least be on par with what the other Power 4 Nike schools are getting in fan apparel. Finding good SMU gear is really hard to find in stores. It is basically the bookstore and a bad selection at Rally House.
I would love to hear from somebody at the Athletic Department who deals with licensing on this subject. I know Brad Sutton (Thank you for your service) used to be on the board, not sure if anyone else from the Athletic Department is on the site.
