What makes you guys think that? Look, Dorsey was PB's chosen one in 2004 and the beginning of 2005 and he never developed into an every down back.
Last year he served as only a marginal backup - 212 yards on the season and no TDs. He saw NO time in 3 games - TAMU, Tulane, ECU. He hasn't caught a pass since 2004.
Bennett hardly used Dorsey in the spring game. Mapps and Fitzgerald, in contrast, each averaged over six yards per carry.
So when DeMyron needs a breather, who do you go to? Young, high up-side studs, or a guy who had every opportunity to become "the man" and did nothing?
