Does anyone know why we do not have our school represented on rivals.com? Schools like Xavier and Seton Hall have links to their football home page but no SMU! Just thought it might help with regards to recruitment considering all the great things coming our way this year.

That has been questioned before. It comes down to Rivals and their belief that not enough ponyfans are out there to pay the subscription fee.

By the way, that is total BS considering a good number of us on this site already subscribe in one form or another.

Not quite -- Rivals wants an SMU site. If subscriptions don't sell, Rivals doesn't lose anything. It's the publishers of the individual site who have to spend their time gathering content. If subscriptions don't sell at the desired rate and therefore don't pay the site owners what their time is worth, it's the webmasters who lose, not the network.
