Rusty has been doing a great jub... I hope they include his playbook on NCAA 2008. I love the pistol and the trick plays.

While I am tired of seeing it in games, I'd love to pull the freeze play on my homies... of course what am I saying... I haven't played '07 since the off season, and no one I know wants to play against me :( ... I guess that's the cost of not being in college anymore.... and that's been a few years now.

great? c'mon. If he was that "great" (or even "good") he wouldn't be at Southern Methodist. We're lackluster, at best.

my only complaint is that we seem to not have a short down package..

why can't we put all three TE's in and have McKinney at full back leading the way for whatever RB is in... That is the only complaint i have

Agreed: Stick Bobby Chase out wide, with Vincent Chase and Ryan Kennedy in the game on either end of the line. Line McKinney up in the backfield in front of DeMyron Martin. When the ball is snapped, Willis has three options:
1. If they ignore Bobby Chase and stack everyone at the line, he turns and flips the ball to him - touchdown.
2. If they cover B. Chase but stack the other 10 at the line to stuff Martin, fake the handoff and roll around to the right and walk into the end zone - touchdown.
3. Man-to-man: hand off the ball to Martin and let him plow into the line. Dare the other team to stop that formation three times!

Wow, with results like that, that should be our entire playbook.

Well, I'm also counting on some shoddy defensive coaching from the other side.

Good players make your plays look better. The great thing that has been happening is that Willis is throwing to a myriad of receivers. 8 vs. Tulane. 6 vs. Marshall.
