I left the game and drove three 15 year olds home. TOO much, I'm Cold, I want money, this is boring. They really enjoyed the Boo-lavard.

Guys I stuck to my guns for the first half and then realized that I had GREEN boxers on.

That was enough for me. I drove home and quickly put them in the trash when SMU was down 9-7. My son from California called and we talked for the rest of the game. He even changed into his SMU shirt that I got him last month.

Good Win and I thought Bennett spoke well after the game.

Go Mustangs - Beat Houston

Man we need to play tighter onpass for the DB's.

My dad and I watched the first half at his house and the second half at my sister's house. And although we were both nervous wrecks up until about 4:00 remaining.. he really enjoyed it. It wasn't a solid game, but I think we're a better football team guys.. the gameplan worked.. we got some breaks, UAB got some breaks, but in the end, we won.. on national television. We're 5-4. I was a toddler the last time SMU started 5-4. It's progress.. I have seen MUCH sloppier SMU games.. I've seen worse football games period. We dominated UAB for much of the game on defense, especially when it mattered most. That key drive when when we had the INT for the TD was really a beautifully executed series for us. Well done Ponies.

And wow.. CJ had some great words to say as well.. that was really impressive on his part.. I don't care if it was because he was in Dallas or not.. my dad and I both got the impression that he was VERY proud of his alma mater, esp when talking about showing Flutie and Saunders around campus, etc. "Beautiful campus.. beautiful everything" is a quote I recall.

BEAT HOUSTON!
