OK if subpoened for deposition or forced to testify at trial keep the answers to "yes" "no" "I can't recall" or if cornered claim that you are seeking treatment at a substance abuse clinic and or diversity training seminar.

I do cultural diversity training in Little Rock. Do not think I can overcome that Big 10/11 problem though.

There is good new in all of this. First she's a TCU grad and therefore probably not smart enough to find a lawyer. Second, you still have your vision. Normally looking at a TCU grad in the altogether would fry your eyeballs. Come to think about it, you might want to see your eye doctor, perhaps you might need documentation for the counterclaim for blindness.
