not so fast.... Tulsa pased a new rule prior to the season that they would allow the sale of beer at games (since they already sell it on campus anyways), but the day before the season opener they revoked the rule

The students always seem to find a way to get booze in. The security guards could give a hoot, as could officer Norris, who has frequently seen us Mustang Eleveners drunk like a hobo on christmas morning passing a water bottle around and just grinned sheepishly.
At least we don't live in Lubbock.

Coog fan here, coming up for the game this weekend...

I know ya'll have some wierd alcohol laws up there in Southern Oklahoma, so I'm curious...will I be able to buy beer on a Saturday in Dallas, or is it safer for me to buy it here in Houston and haul it up to Dallas?

That's funny coming from someone who lives in western Louisiana.

Nothing wrong with Louisiana now, is there? I mean they got drive-thru daiquiris and you can buy vodka at Walgreens! It's always nice to know that if you need a little Everclear to start the day, you can buy it while you fill your tank at the gas station at 5 am!

Beats 3.2 beer (or no beer in the dry counties/cities).
