Hook up the tivo box to your home network, download the tivo desktop (for free) from Tivo, transfer the program from tivo to your computer, then upload it to youtube. I don't know if the file type will be compatible, so you may have to convert it.

I have my Tivo thru DirecTV. There doesn't seem to be anyway to hook up my Tivo box to my computer. I don't think they're compatible. Frustrating, because I had hoped to learn how to do this for other stuff as well.
