Hogs got screwed by being unranked to start the year.
Florida and Arkansas have to play each other. USC and ND have to play each other. Thus it leaves only 3 legitimate contenders for the matchup with Ohio State. Watch the SEC and either USC or ND get screwed and you will have the most likely chance of getting the damn BCS burned to the ground. Still not sure how deserving Ohio State is. They did not play Wisconsin this year and Texas was breaking in a new Freshamn QB. Still can't figure out why a playoff is such a bad thing.
IF USC wins out they WILL BE IN THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.... And how can you even say that Ohio State isnt deserving... haha

No matter what happens, its going to be another huge controversy just like when LSU beat OU and USC managed to cry, beg, weep, and complain their way to a so called "national title"
There will be 2 SEC teams, 2 BIG EAST teams, 2 BIG TEN teams, USC, some BIG XII team, some ACC team, and Boise State playing in the BCS games.

Cry, beg, weep, and complain??? No one forced the AP to give them a national champtionship trophy in 2003!
Mack Brown, on the other hand, has a history of whining and compaining when his team "isn't treated fairly" by the BCS. What a [deleted].

Unless they get oliterated by USC, Notre Dame will play in a BCS game. If they are in the top 8, it is gauranteed.
Michigan should stay in the top 4, which would also be a gauranteed spot.
Same thing for Boise St in the top 12.
The final spot will probably be either an upset winner in a conf. championship game or the SEC chamionship game loser. The Big East is a long shot to get 2 teams.

I do slightly agree with you that the Big East is a long shot with getting 2 teams in the BCS but I don't see a 2 loss Notre Dame team staying in the top 8 of the BCS once they lose to USC. The top 8 is currently OSU, Mich, USC, UF, ND, UA, WVU, and Wis. I see Louisville getting into the top 8 with a ND loss.
If a ND 2 loss team gets into the BCS I don't understand why the computers would have such an overrated team playing.
LSU, UA, and UF will get 2 of the BCS bids. If ND does get a bid, I want to see them play Boise State because that would be a great shootout and I think the Broncos could beat them.

Although I hate Notre Dame for all the special treatment they get, if they do make it to the BCS I would love to see them lose to Boise St.

I would bet if they played that game again, it would be much closer and I think maybe even an Arkansas win. (I feel the same way about SMU/NTSU). I also don't put too much stock in the Pac-10. USC lost to Oregon St. They beat Cal, but Cal lost to Tennessee. I honestly hope Florida gets its shot against OSU, but I suppose I would take ND in the title game. Arkansas doesn't get there because they will lose to LSU .
You know what's really ridiculous for me is that I'm talking trash on behalf of Arkansas!! I never thought I would ever see myself doing that. Arkansas Razorbacks to the finish.... We're going to expose JaMarcus Russell for the fraud that he really is!
I guess you were wrong...again. You're just so wrong about so many things on so many different levels.
Geaux MUSTANGS! Geaux Tigers!

The Rainbow Warriors are a pretty good team who are led by a damn good qb who will go into next year as a huge Heisman canidate...sure they play in the WAC and play ultra late on most Saturday nights (sunday mornings) for most of us. They have a good spread O that seems unstoppable but they are playing weaker opponents....they are 1 of 25 teams who have won 9 or more at this point and I think they are deserving of that ranking. If BYU can be in the top 25, so can Hawaii.

The sad thing is there are no CUSA teams in the top 25. We need to change that next year.

Houston probably has a chance to finish in the top 25 final poll if they can win the CUSA championship and then the Liberty Bowl against a SEC opponent
As for the BCS, I agre with those who say USC is in if they win out. Bottom line will be their strength of schedule...Arkansas, Nebraska and Notre Dame are their non-conference games. Michigan payed Notre Dame and Florida plays Fla State, but otherwise they didn't take any chances with their non-conference scheduling. Give USC their due on that count
